Unprofessional behavior with false accusations. I feel this person can be dangerous

I came to my appt and waited 15 min, told they were running behind so I rescheduled for later that day. Came back- was told it was the best time to come Bc things would have slowed down. Wrong. Waited 45 min for a 5 min appt. Not her fault but the staff were clearly gossiping in the back instead of checking to see if any rooms were available etc.
My complaint is primarily with her staff not her. She does her best and is polite.

Dr. Bhat never once looked directly at me. I said my regular doctors had done all the regular test and I needed more test to find out why I was so sick. I said my quality of life was severely compromised and was still declining. Dr. Bhat didn't order any other test than ones that I had had before. So I asked for aldosterone levels and ATCH Stimulation Test. Both are standard test any endocrinologist should know. Dr. Bhat had NO idea what the ATCH Stimulation Test was or how to order it. The ATCH test was done incorrectly the 1st time and when I asked to have it done correctly they told me that the first results of the other blood tests where all normal and that Dr. Bhat felt I didn’t really need the ATCH test. I DEMANDED that it be done again. After 2nd ATCH Stimultion Test I cancelled my follow up appt with her and got the results through another doctor. The test showed that I was indeed sick and in need of treatment. In my opinion Dr. Bhat is not a true healer.
