Excellent dentist and very compassionate. Love going to see him.

On 5/1 I had tooth extractions that were extremely painful. I informed Derek Salony that I could feel the pain in the gums that he had injected and he did a tiny injection and proceeded to chip away at the tooth that he was working on. I bled vigorously for two days. My follow up was scheduled for one week later 5/8/17 for 2:30p. When I arrived at 2:20p, I was informed that I had been moved up on the schedule for 9:30a. I was never called and informed on this change and was only given the option to reschedule for another week away 5/15 at 4:15p. I accepted the unfair outcome of his schedule snapfoo and returned on 5/15 at 4:15p. I was told that my appointment was for 4p and the receptionist stated that she would have to go back and see if Dr. Salony would still see me. I was livid, but managed to locate the appointment card I had been given at the last"non-visit" and handed it to the receptionist. The wrong date was written on the card from the previous receptionist and she stated that because of that he would not see me. There was another front desk clerk present at both occurrences and she didn't even attempt to stand up and rectify the situation. I was made aware that "Dr. Bologna" makes his own schedules, he definitely needs help!
