I used to think that a novice could never be a good doctor but I was proven wrong. My first impression of Dr. Rose was that he was a really nice guy but I just didn't know until a couple of sessions later when he used techniques that no other doctor had used on me before. He has really good bedside manner. I'm not sure, but I think that he tried to trick me a couple of times to see how much I really knew about myself. I was too dependent on medication to help solve my problems but there was something deep down inside of my brain that I was trying to hide. I had ignored my childhood thoughts for a long time but it was too much for my brain to handle I guess. It is my hypothesis that I have been using my left brain this whole time and have focused on attention to detail instead of the overall picture and practicality which is on the other side of the brain. I guess what I am trying to say is that Dr. Rose asked me the same question repeatedly over and over again which helped me open up.
