I called your office on Monday January 1st, 2024 to schedule an appointment I was informed that I had a $50 "No show fee" that you said I had on my account due to my September 11th appointment and I couldn't make an appointment until that was paid.

When I told you guys I didn't do a "no show" you said I didn't give a 24 hour notice.
I said at that time I will not pay that and your office should have some leniency as I was sick. I said I never just not show up and I called and text on Sunday to make sure I gave you a notice. You proceed to tell me I didn't give you a 24 hour notice.

I just looked at my text messages to you on that day.

I canceled Sunday September 10th at 8:32am and my appointment was scheduled for 3pm on Monday September 11th

I more than met your 24 hour cancellation policy as I gave a 30.5 hour notice.

I was told your office would check with Katey Watson about waiving the $50 and I never received a call and I am also feeling I am being treated unfairly as I have more than a 24 hour notice and I also didn't do a no show and for me to not get a returned call is also unacceptable.

From the front office staff to the dr herself everyone was fantastic. I am so glad I choose this office to visit! They made me feel comfortable and welcome!
