My experience at Dr. Alencherry's office was fantastic. From when I first called to schedule an appointment to my last appointment, the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Alencherry was thorough in his examination of my foot, answered all my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. Dr. Alencherry was meticulous in diagnosing me, and in treatment. The staff was quite knowledgeable about my insurance, and was helpful in dealing with my insurance company. I never waited longer than 5 to 10 minutes while waiting to be seen, and was always greeted by name by staff when I walked in, and Dr. Alencherry. They use up to date technology, and the office is clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Dr. Alencherry, and FAASNY, to family and friends.

I had never been to a podiatrist before and didn't know what to expect. The staff was super friendly, had me fill out minimal paperwork and I was seen by Dr. Alencherry on time. The office was immaculate and completely up to date with new technology. Dr. Alencherry was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and friendly. I walked out with a smile. I will definitely be returning for any other foot or ankle issues.

My experience at FAASNY was a positive one. The office was very organized and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly and I did not have to wait long for my appointment. The office has updated technology which I was surprised to see compared to other doctor's offices in the area. My visit with Dr. Alencherry was a good one. He was very intelligent, very personable and easy to talk to. He took the time to make sure that he answered all the questions I had which I appreciated the most.
