I found the office staff friendly and helpful. Dr. Vaughn has great personal skills, answered all of my question, did not rush through my appointment and instilled confidence in my choice of him to do my hernia surgery. Even though it was over Christmas, he emphasized that he was the doctor on call and if I had any problems or question that I was to call him! I was impressed. I have not had any problem and Dr. Vaughn impressed on me to limit my lifting in well defined numbers so as to heal properly. The time I waited was over 45 minutes, but that is because he takes the time needed to properly address patient's concerns and doesn't rush through each patient visit to make more money.
