Dr. Irons always listens compassionately with no judgement and delights in his patients' continued improvement. He combines medication and psychotherapy to holistically treat his patients, a process that has helped me immensely throughout my time with him.

The best of the best. My psychiatrist for 13 years. He cares, he listens, he empowers and he is compassionate. He is accessible to help prevent a crisis and is super intelligent. He is a gift to the mental heath field.

Fred is terrific. Been seeing him for quite a while and he may know more about me than I do. He cares that much. Never forgets details from long ago, listens, but doesn't just listen -- also helps steer the ship. They don't make them like this anymore. I gave staff rating 5. He has no staff, but takes care of everything himself, quite capably.

Dr Irons is really amazing. I have been seeing him for years and just consider it to be part of my monthly maintenance like the gym and eating well. I highly recommend him and agree that he is incredibly smart and compassionate.

He is a great doctor, very compassionate, willing to listen, not just break out the script pad like a lot of psychiatrists that I have seen. I knew he cared about me as a person, not just because I'm a paying customer. You can't fake that kind of compassion. He was willing to try different methods, not just medicines. He always treated me with respect and he took me at my word and was never negative, or condescending. He spoke to me on my level, not as the high and mighty doctor who knew it all. He's as smart as he is caring. Trust him and tell him the truth and he will help you. But you have to be honest or you're not giving him a chance. A doctor is only as good as the information the patient gives him. He can help you and he will if you let him.

Fred is a genuinely good human-being who--based on my experience--cares greatly for his patients. He is also--and I do have experience here--a truly superb psychiatrist. He really is the perfect blend of a warm human-being and super-smart student of the mind.

Wonderful doc. It is so rare to find a psychiatrist that also does psychotherapy. He is a real gem.
