Dr.Higgins is the most caring,genuine,and personable doc. I have ever known.He is very knowledgeable and his angelic demeanor has a calming effect no matter how serious a problem you may be experiencing. He potentially saved my life by diagnosing my heart attack and acting quickly to treat me despite the e.r.'s error in sending me home with "angina". Office staff is kind also. I hope he doesn't retire for a long time!
