Dr. Herber is the kindest, most compassionate, honest doctor I have ever met. I have been going to NWPC for 25 years and was ready to leave the clinic due to being extremely unhappy. Then I met Jennifer. She's amazing. I trust her completely. She tells it how it is and doesn't sugar coat anything. I have a lot of work to do for myself but she makes me want to work harder. She is inspiring and her laugh is contagious. I can't help but laugh out loud when I'm in the lobby and can hear her laughing from the back. She is truly an amazing person and the best doctor I have ever known. I am so grateful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Herber for 5 months now, and in that short amount of time I have seen her at least a dozen times, and I absolutely love her. She is the only doctor I have ever felt comfortable with, and that I can be completely honest with without feeling like I will be judged. She is a very compassionate and honest doctor, who isn't going to beat around the bush and waste your time, she is going to tell it to you straight. That being said she is the sweetest woman I have ever met, and her laughter can be heard from down the hall. There is not a bad thing I could say about Dr. Herber. If you ever have the chance to switch doctors, Dr. Herber is who I would recommend.

Dr. Herber is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed with you while you're there, but outside of the office she's not much help. Instead of answering a simple question or concern that was directly related to the appointment, she tells you to make another appointment so she can discuss it with you. This means paying another fee just to ask one simple question. Most of the other doctors at that office are excellent at communicating with you outside of the original appointment, but not Dr. Herber. Unfortunately. In my opinion, you might as well see another doctor. Saves you time and money.
