This was the worst experience of my life. A one night stay turned into a 3 day nightmare. Smilo was filthy, they left my vomit tray (with vomit under my bed the whole time, blood drops on the floors while you are walking in your bare feet.

I was nauseous from the pain that was never controlled and was told by Campbell Bryson that there was a shortage of anti-nausea medication and gave me a pill which I threw up. Imagine, a cancer hospital without anti-nausea drugs? I was dehydrated and under-medicated for pain. Lack of care, neglect, and a big whiff of homophobia.

When my IV machine went dead on a walk on the filthy floor the nurse Yuri, told my husband to plug it back in when we get to the room.

4 days, no bath, toothbrush and my spirometer was given on my last day. My bed did not work and my nurse told me to sleep in the chair. He said its more comfortable. My phone was not connected to the wall.

When I introduced my partner as my husband to Campbell Bryson, an intern laughed and another one pushed him out of the room. No-one ever made eye contact again.

My room was never cleaned. We brought up the concerns to patient relations and got the big BLOW OFF.

Stay away from Dr. Sprinkles and Campbell Bryson at all cost. They left me with hernias I now need fixing.

After I complained, I went to make a return appointment for a PSA test and was told they had no appointments and they would call me to schedule. That was August. Neglect? You tell me.

Never leave a loved one there alone. Hire a caregiver to monitor the inept staff.

Feel free to contact me if you want more information.

Wow! Very nice, down to earth Doctor! Dr. Sprenkle gave me the feeling, that he really cares about me as a person and about my questions. Even though he is young(let's say 35) I never had the feeling of him having not enough experience or knowledge. Very good experience!
