I had a significant emergent situation with my toe after an ice fishing injury and was told to see a specialist within one day. I was referred to this office. The office assistant was extremely rude and sarcastic. I ended up getting an appointment with another specialists office who understood the urgency of the situation and worked to get me in to see the doctor per the emergency’s room docs request. Appreciate how busy these offices are but very disappointed with the tone and how this was handled.

great listener, took my concerns seriously. Fixed the problems with knowledge and kindness. Staff are both friendly and knowledgable. Always on time and takes the time needed to take care of me. Calls to remind you of your appointment. Gental, thoughtful care.
