Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Blum's primary approach is psychoanalysis not CBT or other more contempory forms of therapy. I was under his care for just over one year and I found that for my specific set of complexes, the psychoanalysis was ineffectual at best, inflammatory at worst. Dr. Blum has a calm demeanor, a gentle approach and he's a good listner. But do not expect much interaction or anything resembling CBT.
