The staff seems uneducated and lacks customer service. They schedule patients on days which they are out of the office and/or the MD is not seeing patients. Every answer out of the front desks mouth is " I am not sure." If your a patient, you cant be seen at Urgent care during certain hours, makes not a bit of sense.

Staff is very nice, doctor takes time to talk to you which is very rare these days. I felt very comfortable with him.
