I flew from TN for Dr Danilyants to perform my hysterectomy. My husband found her on line as he researched the best care for my needs. Dr Danyliants had stellar reviews and certified expertise in performing hysterectomy with minimal scaring and recovery time.
Our experience was excellent in every way. We highly recommend her even if you don’t live anywhere close.

In September 2019, I had a consultation with Dr. Danilyants,to discuss a procedure. Dr. Danilyants was very thorough. She explained the procedure and told me what to expect. I felt very confident about her ability to perform the procedure. After the procedure Dr. Danilyants further explained the results and next steps.. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Danilyants again, if a needed another procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Danilyants.

In April 2019, I had a laparoscopic myomectomy, to remove my ovarian endometrioma, which had grown rapidly to 6-7cm, and a 4cm fibroid, at GYN Care in Rockville, MD with Dr. Danilyants.

After several months of pain, discomfort, and a lot of research, I came across this centre from the UK. I decided to have the operation in the USA after reading so many good reviews of the practice and procedures.  I knew that this was the place for me.
From the minute I contacted GYN Care  for the initial enquiry, until the end of procedure and the aftercare, everything went great.

The communication was good with the staff (a special thank you to the lovely Mimi). I had several phone calls prior my surgery with the doctor, and she answered all my questions promptly to my satisfaction. The team were able to schedule my surgery, and coordinate this with my UK travel plans at short notice.
After all the calls with the staff at the centre, when I arrived there, they made me feel so welcome. The surgery went great, and the recovery as well. Two days after the surgery I was out and about, visiting Washington DC, and just five days later I was able to fly back to the UK.

Instead of a much more invasive procedure in the UK, which would have left me butchered, I had a pleasant experience at GYN Centre  with Dr Danilyants and her team.
I  recommend this centre and Dr Danilyants to all the women that are living in pain, or who are scared and apprehensive to go through this type of surgery.

Please do your research before going through any type of surgery, but don’t be worried to travel to another country for this procedure. Not only can you be sure of having the surgery performed by an experienced doctor, the cost was less than having it done in the UK privately.
I’m really very grateful for the kind and professional treatment by Dr Danilyants and her team.

It was a long journey for me to find the right and best surgeon. I'm glad I found the Center for Innovative GYN Care (CIGC) website. Dr. Natalya Danilyants is an amazing surgeon, so as Dr. Paul Mackoul.
My surgeon was Dr. Danilyants. She makes me feel comfortable. She tells me an honest information based on the medical records she received. She is professional over the phone and at the bedside. She made sure from the time of the surgery to the post op that I was taken care of.

To tell you about my story, I was seeing different specialists and surgeons for second opinions. They told me, I should wait and see; another surgeon told me the best way is to cut me open. I was scared, hearing that word!
I understand fibroids do not shrink. It will keep growing because there is food source inside the body. If I waited, it will keep growing and the more it is difficult to removed. I asked myself, if I need to take it out, what should be the best option?

The reasons why I did not pursue the old fashion way because there is an effective modern approach. To cut me open was not the best option. It will take a long period of recovery, too painful, high possibility of complications or infections, and out of work for over 4 weeks. I am glad I listened to my conscience and gut feeling. I am also grateful through prayers I was led to the right path and to CIGC. I travelled from Florida to Maryland. It was totally worth it.

My advice is to read the CIGC website for better understanding of the procedure, call your insurance to make sure you are covered, ask questions, and keep an open mind. The CIGC billing personnel worked expeditiously since I am out of state. When my insurance was cleared I was scheduled for a procedure.

Dr. Danilyants was a Godsend! I had several large fibroids that had plagued me for years. My uterus had become so enlarged (I looked 6 months pregnant) that I was told minimally invasive surgery was not an option for me. For this reason I avoided surgery for years. However, I eventually grew tired of planning my life around my fibroids and begin the search to find a solution that would enable me to get my life (and body) back. After one conversation with Dr. Danilyants I was convinced I had finally found a solution. Her personable and caring demeanor placed me at ease and reassured me that I had made the right choice in selecting The Center for Innovative GYN Care. She was knowledgeable and understanding rather than condemning and seemed eager to help me gain relief from all that I had been struggling with. The entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful and I was up and around and practically back to normal within days following surgery, not to mention the scar is barely even noticeable. Considering how well everything went, I can't believe I waited so long (9yrs) to gain relief from fibroids. I would highly recommend Dr. Danilyants to anyone dealing with fibroids. She is a highly skilled professional with a compassionate heart and I am so grateful to have found her!

I was told by my gynecologist that I would need a C-section hysterectomy to remove my fibroids which were rapidly growing. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Danilyants. The phone consultation was wonderful and she answered all of my questions and gave me more information than I had ever received from previous doctors. I flew across the US to have her do my surgery with no regrets. I would recommend her to any woman dealing with fibroids or any other gynecological issues. Thank you Natalya!

Dr. Danilyants removed a 17cm fibroid via the LAAM procedure for me, and I still have my fertility! I was fully recovered in 2 weeks. I traveled for this procedure and it was a great choice to do so considering my only option at home was a traditional abdominal myomectomy with an 8 week recovery period. She was out-of-network for my insurance but the CIGC worked with me so that my in-network benefits were honored and my out of pocket cost was the same. What a relief!

Dr. Danilyants is the best! I had a laparoscopic resection of endometriosis and removal of an ovarian cyst a few years ago. I had surgery on Friday and was back to work on Tuesday with no pain. I recently had a recurrent ovarian cyst and wouldn’t consult with anyone else. This practice is the only choice for minimally invasive surgery!
