Dr. Berzansky is the last of a dying breed, a Dr. that really cares about his patients. He takes time, listens and identifies. He treats the whole person. Been in so many other dr office where after waiting 35-45 minutes, Dr. only had 10 minutes to see me...

Dr.B has been my Mom's PCP for many years. As my mother has multiple medical issues ranging from heart disease to spinal he has always been WONDERFUL and CARING with her. Diagnosed with dementia as difficult as it has been he took the disease head on, calling in a specialist immediately for her care. You will not find a better PCP. As for waiting to get an appointment, if it is urgent I have never had to wait, think for a minute if you needed urgent care from him or course routine matters for other will wait. As for the wait time while there, think that others who need his attention are getting it. I know from personal experiences with my Mom, he has spent over an hour with us during the visit, have others waited, yes, stop for a moment and think if you needed an hour with him, others would wait as well. He is worth the wait to be seen.

I've seen many doctors ranging from quacks to top-notch specialists. This doctor is toward top-notch. He treats children and adults with like competency. Dr. Berzansky is always smiling and very comforting. My only complaint? The practice has too many patients and I can't always get an immediate appointment.

I am a 20 year old student who has seen Dr. Berzanksy for years. He has always been friendly when ever I visit, he is always professional, and seems genuine in every way. One thing I believe people miss is he always has a smile on his face. I havn't been to med-school, but I don't think many doctors get extensive training in being pleasant and socially accepting the way Dr. B is. His assistant, not sure of her title, Deb, is a fantastic women, she remembers your name and face and is as friendly as she is smart. The only negative to dealing with these people, are getting past the arrogant frost desk ladies. I am sure they're jobs are difficult but whether or not they are qualified, they seem clueless at any time and make it worse by acting arrogant. Must be hurting business.

I'm a new mom and I feel that Dr. B is very patient with ALL my many concerns and questions. I especially appreciate that he really looks at my baby first and then systematically does his examination. It's nice to know that he tries to get to know his patient as a whole, not just the body parts! He is an excellent listener and has addressed every issue I've raised. The staff has always been friendly and acommodating. I am very satisfied with the service we receive there. He was recommended to me by some of my friends and I can see why they like him so much.

Concerned Father. My children are seen by Dr Berzansky on a regular basis. The amount of medication that they take concerns me for the symptoms that they go in for. I have contacted the office numerous times to discuss these issues and never get a phone call back. I'm no Dr but I feel that Dr Berzansky is a pill pusher. But I guess if you get a percentage from the Drug company's you would push as many as you can per patient to make the most money.

Things in charts not addressed. Past medical history such as menegitis, ****ation and seizures no recall. Referral to specialist not done after being asked via a referral from another MD and by a parent in person. Offices are busy and can get confusing. Maybe keeping a notebook of things to do would help. It would make this parent alot happier with your care.
