Staff is extremely rude and would not work with me when I was trying to set an appointment up for my sick daughter.

I took my daughter to him. She had a temp of 104 and could barely breath and had a very bad barking cough. He told me to leave her window open at night and do nothing and she would get better on her own. And refused to look in her through because of her bad gag reflex. He told me she had RSV and there was nothing I could do. When I told him I knew what RSV was he looked at me and said, "What? How?" Which I found very rude. So I of coarse took her to urgent care. She had severe tonsilitis and laryngitis and needed antibiotics. Thankfully I listened to my mothers instincts or my daughter could have gotten alot worse. Also he told me he would not treat her for RSV until it got worse, which he says he knew it would. There is no way I would ever recommend him to anyone...EVER.
