“I strive to provide thorough and efficient care to my patients as much as possible within the boundaries of urgent care, so that they feel better and feel cared for” is her quote & i did not feel cared for at all, she dismissed my feelings & when i asked for reassurance all i got was “you should see a therapist” i asked what do i do when i have trouble breathing again & got the reply “breathe” which was no help when im literally coming in for trouble breathing. To tell someone to go see a therapist when theyre crying about shortness of breath does not make them feel cared for what so ever, i felt rushed & she even told me “i have other patients so anything else” also very unprofessional & at that point i stated “i shouldnt have came “ because how she was speaking made me only more upset & she rolled her eyes & said “dont worry the feeling is more than mutal” & i said this whole visit you have been speaking to me very unprofessionally” & she just walked away from me. I will never & i mean never recommend her or ever see her again, ive been a member of arc for YEARS & never experienced such disrespect & unprofessionalism. One the plus side her medical assistant, Yadira was awesome & so sweet & generous as well as receptionist carolina they were the only positive experience i got with todays visit.

Rude, visit was rushed and not comprehensive . Felt like I wasting her time. My concerns were not taken seriously .

Dr. Saswati Chaudhury, MD Gave me a close to null check up. Complete waste of money and time. I would have been better off just going to a pharmacist at Walgreens. She was extremely rude as well by comparing her field of work to mine as a teacher. Not even kidding.... Was so Extremely disrespectful... and I'm one to never complain but I have to on this one. Don't waste your money or your time with this rude doctor. Her name is Saswati Chaudhury, MD in Round Rock TX, Austin Regional Clinic.
