Dr. Chang is a humbly skilled surgeon that is a perfectionist at heart. Always giving his best, he and his team have always provided excellent care and my surgical results are way better than I imagined.

Dr. Jerry Chang is an absolutely wonderful surgeon and I highly recommend him. He has extensive experience in his field and performed reconstructive surgery on me after a double mastectomy this past February. His knowledge and experience is beyond what you could ever expect. He has a wonderful personality and will always assure you that everything will be ok. I believe that Dr. Chang has "Golden Hands" and feel blessed that I met him. I thank him every day for the peace he brought to me and feel that he is one of the BEST surgeons to ever contact.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I knew that finding an experienced and knowledgeable surgical team was critical. I have worked in healthcare for more than 20 years, so finding a good physician has always been important to me. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I thought that I would need to go to NYC to find the right team and the right plastic surgeon for my reconstruction. Little did I realize until now, that this wasn't the case. I had an amazing doctor in my own backyard. Dr. Chang has unparalleled credentials and he has an incredible bedside manner. He put my mind at ease throughout the entire process and was always there to repeat information and answer questions. After a year of treatment, I am not only better, but I look and feel like a brand new person. I would never recommend anyone else.

At the referral of my breast surgeon, my husband John and I met Dr. Jerry Chang in March 2014 only a few weeks after my breast cancer diagnosis. At the end of my first consultation meeting with Dr. Chang, I knew instantly that I wanted him to take care of the breast reconstruction process following my bilateral mastectomy. Dr. Chang is caring, patient, compassionate, and understanding. He guided me throughout my journey with breast cancer and explained everything to me in terms that I was able to easily understand. I greatly appreciate his experience, expertise, and dedication. After completing three surgeries and one tattooing procedure, I am very pleased with the results of my breast reconstruction. Dr. Chang and his entire staff at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group are all wonderful and I sincerely thank them for taking such excellent care of me over the past two years!
