I was never a believer of chiropractics until Dr. Eshman. He has relieved me of not only lower back pain but plantar fasciitis as well. He explains in layman terms what and why he is doing what he does. I have been to other practices, where they insist you visit regularly, Dr. Eshman does not 'force' you to go. Very much a patient forever!

Russ seems to be very knowledgeable. He took the time to work with my complex shoulders, neck, and back issues. Along with working on tight knotted muscles and performing manipulation adjustments, Russ also takes the time to answer questions and talk through issues. You are treated like an individual, not a number.
