I went to Dr Benjamin for an acne prescription and cyst removal. I waited for nearly an hour after my appointment time for her, and upon arrival she was unfriendly and hurried. After doing my acne assessment, she refused to remove my cyst because she didn't have time (yet she had plenty of time to keep my waiting). In addition to this, my prescription recently ran out and the pharmacy contacted her office, only to find the had no record of my visit. So overall she is unfriendly, unhelpful and the clinic managed to lose my records.

I found Dr Benjamin to be very condescending and arrogant. I felt like I was actually being sold a product of sun screen clothing not being given information. I went to another dermatologist and Dr. Benjamin has misdiagnosed my skin issue.

Terrific access; a positive since it is hard to get into any dermatologist in the cities. Very helpful and friendly.
