I also have worked for Doctors in the past, and yes there are 2 sides to every story. Until you have worked for a doctor, please take the above ratings with a grain of salt. Dr. Chambers has been our family dentist for 25 yrs. and the Dr. and the staff are as courteous and professional. I have been in their shoes and patient in pain can be very demanding and always treat the staff like they are nothing and the Dr. like he is everything to them. Dr. Chambers and his staff are great for our family.

I seriously never would have given 1 star unless I had to.The Dr. Himself was quite likeable,seeming sincere,although rushed and never fully listening or explaining . The hygenists were very nice,and courteous,but the receptionist was by far the most unprofessional,most rude person I have ever dealt with .She actually threatened to " kick my a**" today when I came to pick up my $ and molds since I told Dr. Chambers that I refuse ti be treated like that. I cannot believe he obviously continues to allow her to berate,disrespect,and assault his patients I called the police only to have it on record if I ever do encounter her wrath in public. I also told the officer that she was quite brave since I outweighed her by probably 80 lbs and stood about 6'3" in my boots ,but she had a mouth the size of Texas .If this had been as recent as last yr. ,my reaction would not have been so calm,but through maturity,compassion,empathy,self control coupled w/ the sheer grace of God,I walked away with my head held high,with dignity,knowing that this woman was in dire need of professional help .The hateful,bitter demon that lives within her can only be a miserable existence and I pray that one day she finds peace,I also thank God that he granted me the control of temperment that yrs ago would have forced me to pull her through that little glass window by her hair forcing her to see the error of her ways. THANK YOU JESUS for allowing me to see the big picture instead of the view seen between steel bars

My family has used Dr. Chambers for several years, unfortunately our insurance doesn't leave us many options. The other responses are correct: his receptionist tends to be very curt, and is at times quite rude. I have heard her treat others badly on the phone and at the counter and been very uncomfortable hearing other patients' personal financial or treatment information being discussed. Dr. Chambers himself is not thorough or attentive and usually rushes and is distracted. Among other problems, I asked if my kids needed orthodontic treatment and he said no. Three orthodontists (and lost time) later, he's been proven quite wrong. We are fortunate in that we have only needed very routine work, mostly cleaning, and his hygienist is fantastic. Friendly, thorough, and great with kids. However, the office is often behind and waits are long. If we ever need work beyond cleanings, we will pay more to go out of network for care.

Ive been to Dr.Chambers office and I would NOT recommend Dr.Chambers to anyone! The receptionist is a bully and has bullied patients and the other staff members in front of other patients. Shes very unprofessional and very rude!! He is money hungry and cheap! He also is NEVER on time. Expect to wait a half hour to an hour beyond your scheduled time. He is horrible at managing time and will rush through your procedure or change what hes doing because he ran out of time to see you. He doesn't do the procedures like hes supposed to and skips steps. He also is very unsanitary! From someone whose seen it done right and knows what goes on behind the scenes there, PLEASE spare yourself and go to another dentist!

This dentist and staff is terrible. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and dr chambers bill was unbelievable. 278$ for a cleaning with no X-rays taken. Don't say you weren't warned

Dr. Chambers is an excellent Dentist. I have personally worked for Doctors, and I can tell you before you take the above as gospel, remember there are always 2 sides to a patients story. Bills not paid, patients making unrealistic demands, etc. I recomment Dr. Chambers to all my friends and they are all very satisfied.

i went to see dr chambers to get the care i needed. after speaking with the receptionist i was highly unhappy. she was very rude and unprofessional to me, the patient. they charged me for services that were not performed. i called the office in pain because part of my filling came out and the receptionist stated "what do you want me to do". she never called back. i called her back and got continous voice mail. when i finally reached the office she answered again and was very rude and stated to me, "yeah i remeber who youare", dr chambers really needs a reality check on whos running the front desk. i would never return to that office, and i do not recommend anyone to go there.

My first visit to Dr. Chambers was October 19, 2009 to get a new partial plate. It is now April 1, 2010, and I have not yet gotten this plate. I have had a total of 4 visits cancelled/rescheduled by his office due to the Doctor having a personal "issue" or crisis. I have already paid for the partial plate, or I would definitely go to another dentist. I will never recommend this dentist to anyone!!

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to and I will never go back. My dentist stuck the needle in way to far and I now have a bruise on the outside of my face.
