Worst experience ever.7/5/19-7/15/19
We have recently moved from out of state and in search of a new doctor to manage my husbands ADD. He tried one doctor and was told they did not want to handle his treatment and sent him on his way. We thought we found the doctor when we read about Dr. Cruz. My husband left to go to his doctors appointment and unfortunately this Arizona heat killed our car on his way there. He made it to his appointment (rescheduled) and saw the doctor for 5 minutes. He was ran through all the test and when it came time for the drug test he was unable to use the restroom from not drinking enough water in the day. They told him to come back the next day but he was still not able to get our car up and running to do so. He was able to come in a week later and do the drug test. All the while he is being treated like a young junkie. My husband has been on this medication since he was 8 years old and relies on it to do his day to day. 3 days after the drug test he called to see why his prescription wasn't sent out to the pharmacy because he didn't fail his test.He was told the doctor wants him to come in " and explain himself" like a insolent child why it took him a week to do the drug test when on multiple occasions he explained we have been having car trouble. He asked to speak to the doctor over the phone to explain that and was told the doctor refuses to talk to patients over the phone and that was final and he would need to come in with an appointment ( pay another doctors visit fee) to "explain himself" with not promise to leave with the medication or even guidance on treatment with so desperately wanted for him. We are finding a different doctor to help and will actually act like she cares about her patients and not run them around the ringer or see a young man and immediately think he just wants drugs. I would not recommend this doctor for a million dollars.
