From consultation through procedure and post-procedural follow-up, my experience with Dr. Chen and his staff was excellent. Dr. Chen’s knowledge, experience, clinical methodologies, personal demeanor and willingness to proactively walk me through all aspects of my procedure were extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. There were no surprises before or after my procedure, and there was no post-procedural discomfort. After the procedure, Dr. Chen made time to personally visit me in the recovery room. Dr. Chen subsequently followed-up via phone to explain my results, making sure to cover all important findings.
