I had a neck and face lift performed by Dr. Geppert Less then 3 months after the surgery, my neck was back wrinkled and crepey, looking like it did prior to surgery. As you can imagine, I was so disappointed. I went back to see Dr. Geppert to show her and discuss my neck issue. She said performing another neck lift would be a "no go" because it would probably not help. She asked me if I had gained weight and then said years of sun damage could also cause this issue. Both of these statements didn't make any since to me and she never discussed these risks prior to my surgery. She said the best resolution for me would be using Botox in my neck area to help fill in the creped/wrinkled areas which means having to get Botox every 3 months costing costing me a lot more money for years. I already spent $8,700 on this surgery and now my only option is to pay for Botox to help my neck "look" better. I should have at least been offered a refund for my neck area. When I was leaving her office, she just said, "sorry". Dr. Geppert told me at my consultation with her that a face and neck lift lasts 10 years and will make me look 10 years younger....my neck lift only lasted less than 3 months.

Dr. Geppart assisted with my breast cancer lumpectomy due to my breast implants. Thanks to her support and encouragement, my breast surgeon was able to perform my lumpectomy with minimum invasion. Originally, I was suppose to have two incisions. One to remove the tumor and another to perform a Sentinel Lymph Node Dissection. Due to the collaboration and teamwork of Dr. Geppert and my breast surgeon, the surgeons were able to complete all of the procedures through one incision. This meant less soreness, less scarring, and a quicker recovery time for me. The procedure was such a rarity, that my case was presented at an MD Anderson Tumor Board. Thanks to Dr. Geppert's amazing skills, other than a small scar under my arm, you cannot even tell I had a lumpectomy. My implants were not touched, and my breast look whole. I would recommend Dr. Geppert to anyone. She made me feel whole again!

Harbor Plastic Surgery staff are first class. Everyone from the front desk to accounting to nurses are happy, kind, friendly, helpful, caring. The office itself is beautiful, sophisticated and inviting. Dr. Geppert is the most gifted surgeon. She spent extra visits with me getting the size of my new breasts just right. Her surgical techniques work miracles; all you have to do is look at my photos! Even the way she closes incisions to minimize scarring is exceptional. I have recommended her to all my friends and 3 have scheduled surgery with her! I know they will be as ecstatic with their results as I am. I will go to her with all my surgery needs from now on. I am blessed to have found such an intuitive, wonderful surgeon.

Dr. Elena Geppert and her staff is warm, professional, and genuine. Dr. Geppert has an excellent bed-side manner. Her office is clean and attractive. My appointments have been easy to make. My consultation was complimentary.

Dr. Geppert spent an impressive amount of time with me during my consultation. I was given a clear explanation of what I could expect and of her surgical method. I like details, and I never felt rushed when asking questions or pressured when making decisions. Afterward, I was given honest quotes and was happy to learn I would have no surprise post-surgery billing.

I always felt as if Dr. Geppert's priority was my health, comfort, and satisfaction, and her work is first-rate. I can really see the care and the skill she put into my new belly and navel, and at 6 weeks post-op, I (as well as my husband) am very happy and impressed with the results of my Abdominoplasty. I definitely plan to return for my future procedures.

I lost a large amount of weight and my breast were in pretty sad shape. Dr. Geppert listened to my concerns and guided me thru the process of determining what I needed. She understood my anxieties. I had no pain or discomfort after my procedure. Now, my confidence is thru the roof. Even my friends have commented on how much better I feel about my self. You can actually see the difference in me. I have a totally new image of myself. I can't thank her and her staff enough for this transformation in me.

Dr.Geppert not only changed my body, she changed my life. My results were Amazing !!!
& excedeed my expectations. Dr Geppert & her staff were so friendly & my surgery was suprisingly affordable. I will definitely be using her for any future needs & recomend her to all my friends. : )
