rude and less than comforting. i informed dr garner that i was nervous, and instead of easing my nerves she got an attitude with me.

Unbelievably rude doctor. Performed very painful wire insertion without enough lidocaine. Experienced many painful things in life - this was the worst. The atmosphere in the room was very uncomfortable because of doctor's attitude. Could have been no big deal - amazing what attitude and behavior can do to change the outcome of a simple procedure.
