Great knowledge and on-site. Helped greatly with my stroke recovery. Very pleasant person to be around. I will continue going to her for a long time . I also go to her for sleep apnea. Again, very knowledgeable

Dr Indu is an amazing doctor!! She will take her time and answer all your questions. My headaches and dizziness have improved since I’ve been seeing her.

The doctor and her nurse were awesome, but the billing staff is incompetent and very rude. They put charges to patient responsibility when they are supposed to be written off.

I could not believe how awful this practice was. From the waiting room (two TV's on different channels and loud--and staff resented being asked to make them the same or turn one off... which I guess they could not do because nothing happened except smirks) to the exam room (where Dr. Indu did a thorough exam exactly once but detailed thorough exams on every progress note--you can bill more that way)..... She dragged her feet on getting studies done. We went for cognitive problems and it took her four freaking months to make a referral... to her friend... who got it wrong... and who took four more weeks. Then I get the bad news over the phone. With no follow up, or referral for how to deal with this. Nothing. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. It's still bad but not what Indu said. Now going to see a psychiatrist to get meds and management and Indu's office will not release the neuropsych report "because it came from another doctor." First, no it didn't, it came from a PhD. Further they included EVERYTHING that came from other doctors (labs, xrays, cardiac studies, everything) but not that. This is against the law. Oh, and they don't know how to dial "1" for long distance, and lied about "but it said the fax was successful!" You don't need this. Drive south. Get the heck away from this bunch. They are awful. Just. Freaking. Awful.

Our experience could not have been worse. My wife was having crippling headaches the ER determined was caused by some kind of nerve issue. We wanted to see the first available neuroligist in the area covered by our insurance which happened to be Dr. Mayakrishnan. We were told that Dr. Mayakrishnan prefers not to give narcotics, which we were happy with because we don't mind trying alternate medication. She prescribed some medicine, but unfortunately it had no effect. We went back 3 times and on the 3rd visit asked for something to help with the pain because she was unable to live normally. Dr. Mayakrishnan refused to prescribe anything at all for pain! We agreed to try her methods but when they didn't work we expected to be able to have some kind of relief. Unfortunately Dr. Mayakrishnan refused to work with us at all, and of course still billed us for visits.

We went to a different doctor. I called and paid the bill hoping to never hear from them again. 4 months later I get a notification that I am seriously delinquent on payment. I investigated and found out that no one ever ran the credit card and never notified me that the payment wasn't processed. It's one thing trying to deal with this level of incompetence when you're feeling fine, it's a completely different feeling trying to do it when you can't even function normally because of a problem they were supposed to help you fix.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
