Totally incompetent. Dr. Hale gave my wife a wrong RX for a narcotic she needed for pain after prepping her tooth for a crown. By the time the pharmacy told my wife they couldn't fill the RX, Hale's office didn't offer to provide the correct RX immediately. My wife was in pain all night. I asked them to messenger the RX and the response was "We don't know any messenger service." They are so incompetent they didn't know how to use Google to find one. I will never step foot in that office again!
