I have gone to Dr. Cohen for 25 years, starting when I was a runner and now when I am older but walk four miles/day. Every thing he's ever done/recommended has worked. Period. I have never needed surgery because of his excellent treatment. Recently, I began having terrible pain in the metatarsal joint of my left foot. I figured it was arthritis and/or I needed new orthotics. I went to see Dr. Cohen and he knew immediately I had a stress fracture. I followed Dr. Cohen's advice and treatment and, as always, I am happily back walking four miles daily at 63 years old. For this round of treatment I travelled to Dr. Cohen from PA and my insurance did not pay for out of state treatment. So I paid out of pocket, knowing Dr. Cohen's excellence. I'd rather be out a few bucks than be hobbling about. Please note: I am a physician and so is my wife. We know what good medical treatment looks like. Dr. Cohen is the best and I'd personally rather go out of my way to work with him than go to some inpersonal, high patient volume treatment mill. Thank you, Dr. Cohen, for keeping me going. No personality and no concern for the pain and arthritis in my feet. I'm not a candidate for surgery so he didn't give me attention
