I agree this is a SCAM. Don't waste your $6000 on his weight loss program. Find some other program via word of mouth that has good results.

Scam everything about this is a scam . He told me to ignore primary MDs advice. Out 4500.00 I lost 7 lbs tried to get me to.do video to promote his program. Glad I didn't. His information is the same info that Dr Oz discusses for free.

I agreed to the 3600 based off his sales pitch, then after 3 weeks with no contact after picking up the suplements I decided I wanted a refund. During this time i had also got my first bill, he had told me it would be about $40 a month, my bill was over $100. I offered to turn in the suplements that day. He said 1200 was non refundable and for me to keep the suplements because that was part of The non refundable portion. Tonight a month after asking for my refund his assistant who never answers the phone during normal hours told me I need to return the binder and the supplements or I would be charged almost $500 on top of the $1200. Please do not fall for this as I did, he gives you false hope and empty promises.

Very unhappy mom! I changed my mind on this service after reading ALL the fine print and realizing the financial crisis this credit account would bring to my life. It seemed very strange that someone with insurance would get financed for this amount for 6 years which iswhat the bill said on the first statement. I was told my payment would be $125 it is $175. Terms and conditions are insane as well as the intrest rate. I'm not going to have this service. Dr .R. Garcia PLEASE REFUND THIS MONEY PROMPLTY ! I'm already getting a late fee and now damaging my good credit. I'm sorry your three methods of payment plans did not work for me.
