Dr. Hoffman cheated me out of $2,400 for post cataract surgery. He submitted a claim to my insurance company and they paid him another $1,200 for the same thing and when I went after surgery he charged me office visits that my insurance company paid for and I paid co-payments for. I am going to Blue Cross into the medical board to try to get my money back because I am not able to contact Dr Hoffman as his wife blocks all of my attempts I do not know if he's involved in this or if she does it behind his back beware of going to Dr Hoffman I have been his patient since 1984 and I cannot believe I am being treated like this in my old age.
