I am in the process of changing doctors. This is the most unprofessional doctor and office staff I have ever encountered. Her staff lied to my insurance company, telling them a false diagnosis to get a test expense covered. They never answer their phones, can't speak to a live person most of the time. Wait time in the tiny, tiny waiting room is unreasonable. They refused to authorize a prescription for a follow up mammogram, stating "I had not been there in a long time". I had been there 9 months before for my annual exam. The final straw was when I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist said Dr. Mulligan was not there, I could see the nurse practioner or Dr. Bethel, but it would be a very long wait. She did not apologize or offer to schedule another appointment. No explanation for why Dr. Mulligan wasn't there or why they didn't call the reschedule my appointment. I do not recommend her and urge everyone to find another Ob/Gyn.

Dr. Mulligan is a terrific doctor!!!!She is very kind and compassionate about her job. She is very knowledgeable; my goodness she is one of the smartest. She is pleasant and always gives a smile as do her office staff. For which they are very helpful and kind. She always takes the time to answer my questions and help me. I highly recommend her as a doctor!!

Should have checked on here before i went to see her for my first prenatal appointment, to have read the bad reviews. Needless to say, will be finding a new ob for this pregnancy. She is rude and pushy and seems cold to me. Did not get a good feeling from her. Unwilling to spend 9 more months under her care.

I totally agree with everyone here. At first I thought she was uncaring because I was a woman of color but I just think she sucks as an OB/GYN. Doctors are supposed to show care, and compassion especially for pregnant women it doesn't matter if you are in your first trimester of the third you are still important. I am 6 weeks pregnant and just a week ago I was in there becasue i was bleeding and I left her office in tears. she barely looked at me. she wouldn't do a transvaginal ultrasound on me she just ordered blood work... she wouldn't even check to make sure my cervix was closed or open anyway I ended up going to the emergency room and was diagnosed with a threatened miscarraige. She does not deserve the privilege of being a doctor!

Dr. Mulligan delivered all three of my boys. She was Great! We had some complications with my first sons delivery and she was very fast and effective. She was very good about when I could get my epidural. My 2nd son was born the day before Thanksgiving and she was there for delivery. I never had any complaints about her or her staff. She was informative and polite. I missed seeing her after my last son delivery. I go to her now for regular check ups, I couldn't ask for a better OB/GYN.

She may not be the most personable physician but she is knowledge and her staff is very pleasant. Have to wait long periods in the waiting room but not bad once you get into an exam room. She was very willing to answer any questions I had.

She was a terrible doctor! She has no emotion and makes you feel bad about one of the most important periods of your life. I was having twins and she couldn't even remember that or make me feel more comfortable with my high-risk pregnancy. The twins would've been diagnosed sooner if she would've taken my strange symptoms seriously before I took myself to the ER at 11 weeks along. There were many visits which left me bitter and stressed out. She wouldn't prescribe medicines that were needed for my extreme nausea, her office caused all of my ultrasounds to be two weeks later than they were supposed to and refused to apologize for it, she never knew the results of any of my high risk appts from other doctors I was seeing (which were referred by her I might add), she kept changing the period which would be safest when to have my c-section from appt to appt, and never acted like any of my concerns were even worth discussing. I could go on and on but DO NOT USE HER!
