I had just hired doctor Zhou maybe 2-3 months ago. I came to her with awful throat pain. She dismissed it right away. Before she even ran any tests. I was just being dramatic as it was nothing more than heart burn. I asked if anything new had come out, as I have suffered with awful acid reflux for years, and had tired all the old medications with not much difference. She said I could just take over the counter. I explained that I have had to take actual medication because over the counter didn't work. I told her to look it up in my records, but she wouldn't. She then told me that I was to take more time and money and go to whatever doctor gave them to me before. You would think I was asking her for pain pills! So I left in awful throat pain. Two days later I was to the point of feeling like I could not swallow. My husband took me to my ENT who looked down my throat. He saw two different infections. They tested as staph infections. And he gave me the meds I needed to clear my throat.
