Stay away from this butcher. I had neuroma and saw him. He insisted on surgery. Botched the surgery, gave me hospital acquired MRSA. He made me have 2nd surgery to clean out the infection he sewed into my foot. Recovery was long and I have problems to this day, 10 years later. Experience was traumatizing and has negatively impacted my health long term. Went to UVA after Rockingham could longer help me. Stay away from Dr. Cedeno, he rushes to cut you open, his surgery skills are sub par, and does not provide appropriate after care.

This "doctor" had my father as a patient. He performed surgery on his foot which seemed to go semi-well (we assumed)! After surgery, he hardly even wanted to follow-up with my dad, never wanted to check under his bandages or remove them for weeks at a time, and let him become severely infected! This went on for months! Months of being told that he was fine and getting a pat on the shoulder. Mean while my dads foot is literally rotting inside! My dad is currently being seen at UVA and is fighting to keep his foot as I write this! Surgery with a REAL doctor/specialist (whom is in disbelief of how dad was let get to this point!) is scheduled for tomorrow morning! This man should never be aloud to touch another human surgically again!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT allow Dr. Cedeno to touch you or anyone you know! I'm disgusted!!!

He promised to fix my feet, but made them way worse. The day after surgery, he sent me to therapy with NO inspection of my feet that had been completely pinned. Now I have difficulty walking, fall a lot, and much pain. I never heard from him again. He was not interested in meeting with me and Dr. McDonald, the Sentara Advocate for patients. He met with her only. She recommended he meet with me, but he didn’t. I never heard from him again...I tried to talk with him, but he ignored me.

Very patient, kind and responsive. No problem with waiting time. Went to 3 different consultations & felt like my care truly mattered after visiting with Dr. Cedeno for the 1st time in many months. He was kind enough to take the time to stop by my room to personally reassure me prior to my ankle procedure because I was deathly afraid of the pain. Turns out, the pain was actually manageable and I believe this is a direct result of Dr. Cedeno's skill and expertise. His office staff made sure everything ran smoothly and helped to set up physical therapy and home care for after my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Cedeno as a top notch surgeon in light of my exceptional experience and will drive hours just to make sure to continue my care with him.

Dr. Cedeno has been my foot and toe doctor for approximately 5 years. He is highly skilled and competent and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend him highly as a foot and ankle surgeon to anyone having a medical problems with these issues. His staff is very friendly and interested in patient's concerns. They are also very punctual with their appointments with little or no wait time.

Dr. Cedeno performed a total ankle replacement on my father that allowed him to walk normally for the first time in 7 years. The staff was very friendly and attentive. He is honest and does not belittle his patients like other doctors. My father "doctor interviewed" all the way to North Carolina and we found Dr. Cedeno to be skilled and very competent which is why we chose him as our foot and ankle surgeon. We highly recommend him!

Dr Cedeno did myAchilles tendon surgery. Six weeks later, after being released to normal activity, I experienced severe jolt of pain. Long story short, had to have second surgery elsewhere. Turns out my tendon was so diseased there was no way the first surgery would have worked. Dr Cedeno had to know this when he operated, but he never let me know. Be considered it a successful surgery. Save yourself pain and money. Just go to UVA!

Very sharp and intelligent but speaks to you like a person. He doesn't belittle you unlike other doctors. My surgery went excellent as planned and he followed up with me and addressed every concern. Would strongly recommend. We are lucky to have Dr. C in our community!

Waited over an hour to see him. The actual visit was average (nothing exceptional, nothing offensive), but the wait was too long.
