Dr. Tui takes time with he patients and is very knowledgeable. She will work in patients when they’re ill. Compassionate and caring.

Dr Tui spends time with each patient and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy meeting with her to discuss my care. She is very sweet and kind and professional in her demeanor. Sometimes i have to wait a little for my appointment but I see that when she is with me,she asks questions and truly listens to me. I highly recommend Dr Tui!

She refuses to order proper tests for the patient, particularly a full tsh screening which should include the free t3 test. When I asked it to be included at the lab, they happily obliged. She then dropped me as a patient, a childish get-even tactic. Why not just order it for the patient if it means that much to them. I'd never refer a patient again. The one patient I referred saw her the day before having a major stroke. She didn't even order a cxr. Her stroke, at 50, could've been prevented!

With only a staff of 2, the office is still efficient, friendly and very helpful. Dr.Tui (as she is known) takes her time with you, asks questions that not all doctors would think to ask and actually has COMPASSION. At the end of the visit, you receive a printout of exactly what was discussed, any changes to medications and any follow up advice. That way, there is no doubt of exactly what went on with your visit. Very helpful for the elderly, that sometimes can't remember everything that may have been discussed. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone in the area that wants to be more than just another patient in a busy medical practice!
