I have had nothing but good luck Dr dunlay reverse shoulder replacement only had pain for 2 days no pain for the incision whatsoever. everything is going great I will return anytime needed

Dr Dunlay did 3 total reverse shoulder replacement surgeries on my left shoulder, within a period of about 2 years. The first surgerey failed, the second surgery failed, and he told me after the third surgery that I woud have very limited movement. After the last surgery, I was in constant pain and had no mobility in the shoulder. I was encouraged to seek a second opinion. The new surgeon showed me why the first three surgeries had failed, corrected the problem and performed a new surgery. I now have no pain and total mobility and strength. I was very disappointed in Dr. Dunlay.

Gives conflicting information to patients. Discharge education and information regarding restrictions on movement were in direct conflict regarding education prior to surgery. Doctor unavailable for clarification for 4 days post operation leaving patient in the dark . Nurses rude and not understanding towards patient.
