Needed a new primary care doctor after my last one retired. I have been repeatedly disappointed by the care of Dr. Hargrove and her office staff. My spouse and I see separate doctors in the same practice and notice "discrepancies" in how they bill. Secondly, never responds to patients. Was told to come in to get a test result. When arrived was informed the "result was unclear by the handwriting but I'll call you by next Friday when I get clarification" (by the way costing me a copay for no information). The following Friday came and went, no call. Following week called Tues, Thurs, and Fri to ask to speak with her. Nothing for another week. Not my first poor experience with this practitioner but it will be my last.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. She cares about every one of her patients. I have NEVER had to wait to be seen by her and she never rushes you out of the exam room. She will sit and listen to me. She once stayed late because I was late for the last appointment of the day. I can talk to her about issues beyond her office that affect my health and she will help in every way possible. She TRULY cares about people and it projects through in her practice. She and my wife are the two women that have really made an impact on my life.
