Dr shah really knows what he is doing and is very kind

Dr. Shah did my anesthesia for wrist surgery. He was calm, confident, engaging and interacted with me as a person...not a job. Going in, I had more concerns over the anesthesia than the surgery itself. After 45 minutes with Dr. Shah where he explained what needed to happen and what some options might be, I felt I was in excellent hands. I felt like we were a team doing this together. According to a few medical people I spoke to later, they said Dr. Shah was the only anesthesiologist at Good Sam who would have spent that kind of time with me to get the results – and the confidence – I needed. The outcome was excellent. I recovered from the anesthetics in a short time feeling fine. He called the next day to check on me. If you meet him, ask about his time at Oxford studying Victorian poetry :-)
