His staff is very cold, distant, and aloof, especially his assistant, Rachel. Nothing was explained to my spouse about his condition (cancer) yet the staff handed him a book and told him to read it and return the book. The visits left us with a feeling of loss of dignity and humanity. My spouse felt rushed to make a decision for surgery. He opted for another form of treatment and chose a urologist in Syracuse.
