My teenage daughter had zero complaints. She had to get a quick skin check and was in and out. As well as informed about the medication she was going to be using and what not to do. Steroids on the face.

This is not a complaint but a practice shift that does not align other offices, a 16 year old can consent for care. The office made her have a parent come into the office for check in. That process doesn’t not align with others or follow health privacy law for those 15 and above. I’m assuming since it’s a specialty office you can refuse care without parental consent.
