Dr. Mentzer always takes the time to listen to what I have to say, and answer me thoughtfully. She treats me with respect, and doesn't talk down to me, which I've experienced with other doctors. She also always remembers me and what my issues are when I see her, and seems to have compassion for what I'm going through. I'd recommend her to anyone!
