I only waited 10 minutes! However he couldn't find my files and waited more than 10 mins for him to find it. Not a fan of leave a message. It would be nice to have a real person answer the phone. I get call backs but my daughter hasn't had a good experience with this method. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I am thankful to have him as my doctor.

Just a message for the may 2023 person whom left the last message relating to how “disgusted” he or she is at peoples honest view of this dr . Etc This is a place where any consumer may rate and leave an opinion about this particular dr. but i dont believe its a place to bully and berate others whose opinions seem to be different than your own. your remarks seem to be of very strong “personal” concern rather than simple consumer assessment and ratings as per what this site is for

It really disgusts me reading all these negative comments about Dr Wagman. Our family has been with him for over 30 years and won’t have it any other way.He listens he cares and he’s passionate about his job.His wife is fine also . She does have her off days but it comes with the job.If you don’t like him leave . Good luck finding another Dr who listens like he does.

Was a patient for 30 yrs. Anne was only good secretary. Since Wagman’s wife came into the office it all went down hill along with the doctor. He is cold and no caring like his wife. We know who wears the pants!

I was a patient for 20 years, at one time a long time ago he saved my life. Then through Covid he stopped responding completely. I don’t know how he’s still practicing or if he is because he just seemed to disappear. What a sad state our medical system is in. His reception is horrible. Ever since Anne retired years ago it was never as good.

I've been a patient for almost 30 years. I've always liked him and still do. He has been easy to talk to and very thorough. But since Covid his office has definitely gone downhill. This system of leaving messages is NOT the way a doctors office should be run. I've had to call and leave a few messages because I don't hear a word for a week or two, and when I finally do hear back I'm told not to leave more then one message. Very frustrating. You need to go back to a regular system Dr Wagman and have your phones answered by a real person, no more messages.

Worst doctor I told him my ear was fully plugged and needed to be flushed and he refused to flush it and brushed me off. Very upsetting

This Dr after many years of inconsistant health care has finally put my health and future at risk His “nice guy” persona is no substitue for medical incompetance. He and his current staff have the basic hallmarks of “beware do not employ this dr.” some being dirty waiting room (stains etc) routinely long waiting room times (lack of respect) lack of organization and keeping patient up to date with chronic illness tests and protocol (has to be reminded etc) doesnt return calls in appropriate recomemded time (1-2 days) or at all constantly have to call dr and leave same message, only distributing simple script repeats by having patients come to “paid” office visits instead of the norm (drugstore contacts dr) or during covid return calls sunday eve (highest paid time) showing lack of respect again for your time, age and location, condensending, unavailable, doesnt like nor act on necessary recomemdations or suggested tests sent by other specialists and drs on you team. Has increased his amount of scripts, isnt interested in discussing or concidering alternatives, he has an “EGO” problem (very dangerous trait for a dr) doesnt call with test results , and my list can go on and on Reviews on this site are not the rantings of dispeased consumers. They are people like me who have suffered at his hands and are trying to inform others. Please look at your “quality of health care” from this doctor and ask yourself does he really care about you, is he keeping you healthy, does he do what his oath suggests and decide for yourself. The facade of niceness will not on its own stop a servere illness from taking hold nor prevent you from dying before your time

I have been a patient of his for many years. However, since the onset of Covid, he has neglected to be in his office on a regular basis. The only way to reach him is to leave a message and hope he calls you. Right now I have waited fora phone call for 3 weeks. This is unacceptable, especially since he is not available in his office.
