Dr. Hess was kind and asked questions helping us both understand what was happening with my knee. I was glad to hear his recommendation to keep moving.

Dr. Hess was very personable , he addressed my questions and discussed the pros and cons of options for treatment. I like that he recommended the least invasive option first but also told me the next step if the current plan was not seeing results.

Dr Hess was on time with the appointment and made my husband very comfortable with the diagnosis of his leg/knee. Suggested having a cortizone shot, but said come in when you think you need it. So far, my husband hasn't gone.

I was seeing Dr. Hess for a second opinion. Still in the process of my treatment, but Dr. Hess was the first doctor to actually listen to my concerns which meant a lot to me. I appreciated his opinion and looking forward to my treatment options and working more with him.

Dr. Hess operated on my shoulder to remove calcific tendonitis and did a fantastic job! I couldn't be happier with my results. Physical Therapy went amazingly well and I have full range of motion back and no longer have pain or trouble sleeping because of my shoulder. He is a hero!!
