She doesn't lock you in with 3 times a week forever. Her philosophy is to get you fixed up and have you come back once a month for maintenance. It works! I'd been t oat least 20 before her, and they never helped me that much. She has changed my life. She explains what she finds and what action I may need to take. She is pleasant and her adjustments are not painful or jarring. I recommend her without hesitation as I've been going to her for 14 years now and my back and neck problem seems to not be a problem for most of that 14.
