I like Dr. Montgomery! I am glad I picked him as my primary care doctor. He is very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. He's busy got a lot of patients but, that is because he is a very good doctor in my opinion.

It is extremely hard to get through to the office let alone get an appointment when you are actually sick. Dr is very reluctant to call in a prescription without seeing you but then doesn't have time to see you. Very frustrating. Dr seems knowledgable but always starts you on low dose prescription even though he has 10 years of history showing that amoxicillian doesn't work for you. Dan in his office is great but again getting the office to pick up the phone to take an appointment is virtually impossible.

The reception staff is a joke. The doctor seems to take his time and seems knowledgable. Out of 10 times calling the office I have gotten through once. The other times I have either faxed them or actually gone to the office. My pharmacy has faxed them NUMEROUS times for refills, etc and not ever answered till I went to the office. We like the doctor and his nurse but are not happy with his office.

The staff at this office is the worst I have ever encountered. I even mentioned that while seeing Dr. Montgomery one time and he didn't act like that mattered to him. While I think he is a knowledgeable doctor, he is always pushing his own agenda. I much rather see Dan than Dr. Montgomery.

Had to call the office numerous times for results and never received them until I showed up and demanded them two weeks later. Dr. Montgomery is a good Dr. but seems rushed in his manners.
