Dr. Russ has helped me with a pinched nerve in my back. I am trying to avoid surgery. When I went for my first initial visit in May of 2017I could hardly walk. It has taken time and a lot of stretching and exercises that he has given me to do. And it has paid off. I now can walk a mile w/o pain. Thank You Dr. Russ
