Punctured the wrong lung on my mother in his office. Resulting in a visit to the Trauma unit and a extended hospital stay with a blood transfusion. Left her to die.

Despicable bedside manner. After spending five hours in my father's chest cavity when he came to update the family he could not recall his name. He gives out personal information to anyone.
