When I arrived I noticed may people waiting. The staff behind the counter, were running around like loose cattle. I saw “2” people before the doctor and told them ALL I wanted certain blood tests done so I can track my hypothyroidism. They didn’t do them and refused to do them after I insisted. Having a doctor that is nice but doesn’t listen to her patient is not a good doctor. Banning me from the portal is a coward of a doctor. Hearing the truth from a patient is also cowardly.

My mother is the patient of Dr. Korableva for thyroid issues. From the beginning, Dr. Korableva has been wonderful. We appreciate her so much. On a recent visit, Dr. Korableva picked up on something my mother's primary care physician had missed. She made a phone call to my mother's primary, explained the problem she detected and asked that my mother be seen that day. The result was my mother is now seeing a cardiologist because Dr. Korableva did not ignore a problem outside of thyroid issues. Also, she has always been very punctual for any visit we have had while, also, taking time to go over results of lab work, note/advise on any issues between visits and confirm the plan going forward. We love her, her knowledge and her efficiency!!

Very crooked staff in this office. BEWARE!!!!! We have been with her since I turned 18 and this place has been nothing but a headache. Whether it's trying to get something changed on my pump or the attitude and tone the doctors/staff use...all very very poor. The pump training was very short and broad and left me very uneasy about using the pump on my own. The staff is always giving me an attitude and making me feel dumb when I ask a question. And this doctor "lectured" me on my attitude when I am being frustrated and accused me of calling her a "dumba$$". Never again. Beware!!!!!!!

We spent very little time with Dr Korableva so I can not give a fair assessment of her knowledge or helpfulness. The office staff is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Our first appointment, we had over a 45 minute wait & were interacting with a nurse then a nurse practitioner before the doctor came in. Since we hadn't been given lab orders prior to our visit, the doctor wanted to go over questions at our follow up. We were told to see the Dr in 3 weeks. When we tried to schedule the appt, the scheduler said the doctor had no appt available and we were given a NP appt. At that appt, the NP couldn't answer our questions and said the Dr ordered more blood work and we would be called in 1 week with results. It is now 20 days after that appt and we have not been called with results. Have called the office 3 times & gone there to get a copy of results (on the phone was told they would give me a copy - they wouldn't). We were just told the doctor hadn't even read the labs yet.
