Leasa was very rude when I requested a powpow to see where we are at with my dental plan, she was very rude and upset when she talked to me, so rude in fact I think the hygienist was embarrassed. The staff is wonderful. I feel I am at a place in my dental care that Leasa feels like she has me, sorry Leasa not so true. I'm taking my business else where.

Removed abscessed tooth, revealing 2 large cavities. Dentist said she wanted to save these teeth. 2 months later, I get call to see hygienist on scheduled day - have no record of cavities. I'm seeing emergency dentist for hundreds more dollars. Bad communication and/or bad record keeping is the charitable way to look at this.
