My surgeon told me to discuss an abnormal test result with my PCP that could effect upcoming surgery. Rather than taking a couple of minutes to discuss this, he sent a message via his staff.

I found the experience to be very relaxing and low stress. The doctor was very personable and took the time to explain all his answers and made a detailed plan for me. I did not perceive him as being "cool," rather he was relatable. I would recommend him to others in a heart beat and have the utmost confidence in him

My son went for the first time, I thought the Dr's personality was not quite appropriate, he was "being cool" with my son, my son didn't know if he was serious or joking, I just don't have much confidence in him now.
