As a current medical student who needed urgent care regarding a finger fracture, I consulted this doctor because it was the quickest appointment I could schedule. I waited over an hour for my appointment with him. Then I was taken to the room and waited another thirty minutes there after an x-ray was taken. His physician assistant came and basically diagnosed my injury, and then "Doctor" Russonella came in for only two minutes and rehashed what his assistant had told him outside of the room (a conversation that was audible enough for me to hear). When I surprised him with relevant, reasonable, and intelligible questions, he said "Wait - let me look at your x-ray." He left the room, looked at my x-ray, and then came back. He had not even looked at my x-ray! Just as another patient has written, "I would not send my dog to him." I paid $300 that day for 3 minutes of the doctors time, and he looked at the x-ray only after I prompted him to... This is exactly the doctor I won't be in the future, so this experience - at the least - has redoubled my understanding of compassion and sympathy in medicine, no matter how small the problem and how insignificant the patient...
